very easy to use, just import a face of your own, or something you find on internet, you just have to set points of eye and mouth corners, and for many pictures CTalk can find them automatically (I was amazed how smart it was if for some reason it doesnt find these points in face you can choose them automatically.. if anymation looks weird/not realistic you can choose to set all of points automatically to get a extra good effect you can then choose points around nose, mouth, eyes and face over all..
it also has a "text-to-speech" built in, that uses "microsoft sam's" or any other voice you have added to speak the text you choose
or you can import a WAV file mouth will automatically move pretty realistically, also with text-to-speech function.
